so i'm really trying to lose weight, last night I didnt' do so great at the gym, but it was the first day in a LONG time that that has happened, so I just have to make sure to not let it happen again. I haven't lost not ONE pound this week!!!! No gain either though. I pretty much know why that's the case, but it's not something everyone on here would like to hear about,....kinda personal. HAHA. ANYWAYS, I'm trying to fix that problem, but it may be next week before I see more results. BUT, the good news is, i DID lose 7 pounds last week, which put me above and beyond my goal for this past tuesday, although i DID intend or hope to lose another 3 pounds by this coming tuesday. Not sure that's going to happen for me. BUT I WILL KEEP TRYING. I'm not giving up. NO WAY! I want this so bad, I'm SO ready to be the person I should be inside and out.
