I have impressed myself haha

trying

so i'm really trying to lose weight, last night I didnt' do so great at the gym, but it was the first day in a LONG time that that has happened, so I just have to make sure to not let it happen again. I haven't lost not ONE pound this week!!!! No gain either though. I pretty much know why that's the case, but it's not something everyone on here would like to hear about,....kinda personal. HAHA. ANYWAYS, I'm trying to fix that problem, but it may be next week before I see more results. BUT, the good news...

Alright, guys, I have a question. Has anyone tried the 7-day cleanse thing??? I've had a few friends tell me that it gives a boost to weight loss, but I'm not sure I want to do it. Right now, you all are my most consistently reliable source, so I figured I'd ask you guys. Anything you can tell me about it, would be great! Or if you all have tried other things that gave you a big boost, what were they?? I'm asking mainly because I have been busting butt the past few days to lose weight, I lost quite a bit...

Good day

Well I was a little discouraged this morning, but the day turned out great!! Ate a little over my calories, but I did alright. And got some great tips from my buddies today, and some encouragement. thanks so much guys! There is SO much going on in my life right now. I wish I could say they are all good things, but mostly bad things. 2 relatives in the hospital, my sister broke her ankle, BOTH of our cars wont start this morning, no clue why, and to top it off, my cousin called yesterday, her 26day old little girl, Emma, passed away Monday morning. Monday

Well today was a pretty good day. Drank all the water I needed, stayed within my calories (for the most part, give or take a few), and did a good amount of exercise! I hope everyone is doing well! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK GUYS!!!

feeling great!

Well today has been a great day!!! Did good with eating AND exercise. I went to the gym and did 10 miles in 60 min. on the bike. Felt great!!! Just had supper with the family and did really good too! I had a larger lunch than I usually do, but stayed within my daily calories, it really helped reduce my appetite come supper. Seeing a little bit of weight loss since the beginning of the week, but I just joined a new group, which requires us to weigh in every friday, so I'll wait till Friday to officially weigh...

Whoops

so last night, I messed up badly! I went out with my sister and i ran into this person who i can't stand! She likes to make me feel bad about myself,....I have NO CLUE why!!! She just does. Well I got so angry and temporarily quit caring. I had a slice of pizza after I had already filled up my calories for the day. Afterwards I felt so terrible! Well so far I'm doing alright, but I could be doing a lot better! I weighed myself this morning and I've lost 3 pounds, but I think I'll wait a few more days before I weigh in officially. I think I'm having a problem that a lot of us are having, I eat way too much late at night. I've been doing great for breakfast and lunch, thanks to a few hints from WLBs. Day 1 HELP!!

Well today was day 1. I thought i had a great morning and lunch! Breakfast:        1/2 cup of blueberry yogurt        8 oz. apple juice Snack:        1 special K blueberry granola bar        16oz. water Lunch:        PB&J sandwich        carrot sticks        16oz. water I also drank an extra 32oz. of water throughout the day. But I really messed up when it came to supper. I was so hungry by then!! I made some homemade rigatoni romano which came to 570 calories on it's own!!!! Frustrated

Well I'm having a hard time losing weight,...clearly, otherwise I probably wouldn't be here. But I feel like if I had other people to talk to about it, I may do better. I'm trying to work out as much as possible, and am attempting to watch what I eat. Sadly, I'm not doing a good job. I read a few things online tonight that may help me out.
