Day 1 HELP!!

Well today was day 1. I thought i had a great morning and lunch!

Breakfast:
       1/2 cup of blueberry yogurt
       8 oz. apple juice

Snack:
       1 special K blueberry granola bar
       16oz. water
Lunch:
       PB&J sandwich
       carrot sticks
       16oz. water

I also drank an extra 32oz. of water throughout the day. But I really messed up when it came to supper. I was so hungry by then!! I made some homemade rigatoni romano which came to 570 calories on it's own!!!! Throughout the day I had a total of 1,629 calories!!!! ugh. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to curb my appetite in the afternoon? I need to not be so hungry by supper! I feel like I overeat!

Frustrated

Well I'm having a hard time losing weight,...clearly, otherwise I probably wouldn't be here. But I feel like if I had other people to talk to about it, I may do better. I'm trying to work out as much as possible, and am attempting to watch what I eat. Sadly, I'm not doing a good job. I read a few things online tonight that may help me out. I've got to lose the weight!! My boyfriend is taking me on a cruise to jamaica this summer and I want to have fun without worrying about my weight. Besides that, I've been battling my weight since my freshman year of college, it's time to beat this.
