Frustrated

Well I'm having a hard time losing weight,...clearly, otherwise I probably wouldn't be here. But I feel like if I had other people to talk to about it, I may do better. I'm trying to work out as much as possible, and am attempting to watch what I eat. Sadly, I'm not doing a good job. I read a few things online tonight that may help me out. I've got to lose the weight!! My boyfriend is taking me on a cruise to jamaica this summer and I want to have fun without worrying about my weight. Besides that, I've been battling my weight since my freshman year of college, it's time to beat this.

Hello, I tested a lot of weight loss programs, pills and diets for couple of years now. Atkins diet is one example but I’m not really satisfied with it because it’s making my body weak.
I’m on Medifast Diet right now. So far I don’t feel weak like when I’m using Atkins. The caloric intake is around 800-1000 calories.
It’s a bit pricey, but there are plenty of coupons available on the internet (i.e. http://www.swoopup.com/stores/deals/Medifast-Diet ). Even if you don’t pay full price.
My advice is just choose a diet plan which your body reacts positively to. No one knows your body better than you do!

heyy i was the same way..workin out and not loosing weight. do u eat fastfood??i began to loose weight wen i completly cut out all forms of fast food and soda. thats the number one tip im giving ppl bcuz its works for me.u can workout as much as u want but diet is the most important part. g000dluck and im here if u need someone to talk to bcuz im know how u feel!
