feeling great!

Well today has been a great day!!! Did good with eating AND exercise. I went to the gym and did 10 miles in 60 min. on the bike. Felt great!!! Just had supper with the family and did really good too! I had a larger lunch than I usually do, but stayed within my daily calories, it really helped reduce my appetite come supper. Seeing a little bit of weight loss since the beginning of the week, but I just joined a new group, which requires us to weigh in every friday, so I'll wait till Friday to officially weigh in. Really excited! Looking forward to tomorrow and another great day!!!

Whoops

so last night, I messed up badly! I went out with my sister and i ran into this person who i can't stand! She likes to make me feel bad about myself,....I have NO CLUE why!!! She just does. Well I got so angry and temporarily quit caring. I had a slice of pizza after I had already filled up my calories for the day. Afterwards I felt so terrible! I was angry with myself for giving in and letting someone intimidate me to the point where I didn't care.

I've been doing pretty well so far, so I really disappointed myself last night. *sigh*

I am going to go to the gym today and really break a sweat. I've got to try harder. I made myself a motivational playlist on my iPod with songs that make me feel good about myself. I'm gonna listen to it while I work out. I'm excited!

I'm trying not to kick myself for the slip up yesterday, I know it was wrong, and I know the reason why I did it. It was a silly reason, but I'm aware of it, so in the future, I'll know how to handle it.

MOVING FORWARD!!! gave myself a few minutes to wallow in this, now time to start kicking butt!!!!

So far doing ok

Well so far I'm doing alright, but I could be doing a lot better! I weighed myself this morning and I've lost 3 pounds, but I think I'll wait a few more days before I weigh in officially. I think I'm having a problem that a lot of us are having, I eat way too much late at night. I've been doing great for breakfast and lunch, thanks to a few hints from WLBs. Thanks so much everyone for the helpful messages!!! Lately I've been having yoplait low fat yogurt and a piece of raisin toast for breakfast. Then for lunch usually lean meat on wheat bread and a campbells low fat soup (not condensed).  Sometimes I'll have an apple or carrot sticks for a snack, but not every day. I've been trying to drink plenty of water, but that's easier said than done. haha. Anyways, I'm not completely disappointed in myself, but not very impressed. I CAN do this! I know it. AND I WILL!! I need to workout more and watch my late night eating.

On the plus side, i haven't had ANY fast food this week so far. Pat on the back for myself! haha.
