Well so far I'm doing alright, but I could be doing a lot better! I weighed myself this morning and I've lost 3 pounds, but I think I'll wait a few more days before I weigh in officially. I think I'm having a problem that a lot of us are having, I eat way too much late at night. I've been doing great for breakfast and lunch, thanks to a few hints from WLBs. Thanks so much everyone for the helpful messages!!! Lately I've been having yoplait low fat yogurt and a piece of raisin toast for breakfast. Then for lunch usually lean meat on wheat bread and a campbells low fat soup (not condensed). Sometimes I'll have an apple or carrot sticks for a snack, but not every day. I've been trying to drink plenty of water, but that's easier said than done. haha. Anyways, I'm not completely disappointed in myself, but not very impressed. I CAN do this! I know it. AND I WILL!!
I need to workout more and watch my late night eating.
On the plus side, i haven't had ANY fast food this week so far.
