I'm going to do this. There's no reason for me not to. Ya know, a few months ago, I was going to the gym regularly, for at least 2 hours a day, feeling GREAT, eating well, and I managed to lose a total of 21 pounds. It was fantastic! Then I had a moment of weakness, a very long moment that lasted a few months. :( but I'm done. NO MORE! I can be a healthy and strong woman. And I will!
I will not fail.
