Day 2

Complete, the 30 minutes jogging is the hardest part i felt like coping out and doing only 15 minutes but i perservered and no i did all the exercise and healthy eating i wanted to. At the moment  my stomach is the most sore and legs as they are the part being most worked with my exercise regime i hope it wont hinder me in future exercise...

Day 1

Finished it all, the diet and exercise seem enjoyable at the moment as i do love to keep busy. My treadmill was playing up for a while and i was thinking that this was just getting ridiculous as today my car also wouldnt start, no light or anything left on it just didnt want to start. But anyway it all worked out and here i am sitting in my dressing gown just finished having an amazing shower and feeling pretty happy and pround of myself. I also feel tired so im going to watch some tv and then have a long sleep. Until tomorrow...

Beginning a New

Hey, Im Eliza Barnet and i'm looking to lose 2 stone in 4 weeks. I have an exercise scedule and diet worked out and hopefully it will all work out.

 

Exercise:

50 push ups, 50 leg lifts, 50 side leg lift, weight lifting, 100 crunches, 50 side crunches 50 alternates.

30 minutes jogging

30 minutes skipping

 

Diet:

Breakfast: fruit

Lunch: vegetables and fruit

Dinner: 3x sausages, fish cake, vegetables and baked beans

ALSO LOTS OF WATER!
