Beginning a New

Hey, Im Eliza Barnet and i'm looking to lose 2 stone in 4 weeks. I have an exercise scedule and diet worked out and hopefully it will all work out.

 

Exercise:

50 push ups, 50 leg lifts, 50 side leg lift, weight lifting, 100 crunches, 50 side crunches 50 alternates.

30 minutes jogging

30 minutes skipping

 

Diet:

Breakfast: fruit

Lunch: vegetables and fruit

Dinner: 3x sausages, fish cake, vegetables and baked beans

ALSO LOTS OF WATER!
