Day 1: Bad Start

It is only the first day and I'm already off to a horrible start.  My husband had to pick mom up from work this morning (icy roads we have the only 4-wheel drive) and on their way back, they stopped by Burger King... UGGHHH!  I told myself I would only eat half of the sausage/egg/cheese croissant and just a few hashbrowns, but I sat there and ate the whole thing!  Guess that means I need to starve for the rest of the day?

You don't need to starve, just make smarter choices the rest of the day. Fruits for snacks, lean meat with veggies for dinner, etc.

Just because you started off with a lot of calories doesn't mean that you can't balance the mistake out with lower calorie foods. :)
