OK so I went out this weekend and cheated a little on my diet. I ate too much, drank too much but hell we have to have fun sometimes. When I woke up this morning I was dreading the scales. I lost another pound. I was like how could this be? I guess all the walking and bowling helped me burn a little. So I'm back on track for today. I wanted to be 250 by march 29 I don't think im going to make it but I'm going to give it one hell of a shot.
