Where did the Vodka go???

OK so I went out this weekend and cheated a little on my diet. I ate too much, drank too much but hell we have to have fun sometimes. When I woke up this morning I was dreading the scales. I lost another pound. I was like how could this be? I guess all the walking and bowling helped me burn a little. So I'm back on track for today. I wanted to be 250 by march 29 I don't think im going to make it but I'm going to give it one hell of a shot.

   My girlfriend and I are both losing weight. She  had lap-band surgery in January so she is losing  some weight lol.   I think she has lost over 35lbs since then. I'm very proud of her and her commitments. You would think ah she has the band so she doesn't have to do much to lose weight. I'm here to tell ya Bull Shit!!! She has to bust her ass just like I do to see result's. Any ways she coming in on the 29th and I want to look my best for her. Between that and your guys amazing stories I just keep pushing closer to my goal.




I  lost 16lbs in 5 days. Then this weekend all I lost was a pound. I hoping for tomorrow  that i will be down 3 more pounds I have working out off and on all day. I have two little girls  that need their daddy so I try to include them into my  workouts. Sometimes my youngest doesn't want any part of it so Daddy has to hold her and walk in place or walk around the house. I cant wait for the weather to warm up so we all can go out side.       You guys stay strong and keep up all the hard work.
