So far so Good

So far so good on my diet/exercise! Ive been walking around 4miles everyday now. Losing some weight and inches. :)

Hello Everyone,

I feel wonderful today!!

Not sure why, but I woke up at 5:45AM in a great mood!! :) By 8AM I was out the door...met a friend for breakfast...by 9AM we were walking through town. Im guessing we walked about 2miles total but it took us a long time b/c we have 2 toddlers with us!!

Got all my grocery shopping done right after the walk, then cleaned my moms house while doing my laundry! It's 6:19PM and I'm just now sitting down. :)

I hope I wake up in another great mood tomorrow and clean my own house. hehe..

Hello Everyone....

I hope everyone is having a great Tuesday! :))

My plans for today were to go swimming but that was cancelled, so instead I was very productive! Deep cleaned my home, went through my son's old baby clothes to give to a friend that just had a baby boy, payed some bills, and planted some beautiful flowers!

My plans for later are to take my son to the park and hit the track! Yesterday I went to the track and power walked 2 miles. I have those "new" sketcher shape-up shoes so that gave me a little extra pull in my legs.

This is the worst time of the year to be overweight (bathing suit season!) But it's also giving me the motivation to keep trying to lose! :)

Well I've been sticking to my exercise routine but then I blow it with dinner!! Stuffed manicotti, or chicken fried chicken.....yuck Ive been bad!

BUT today I read some very inspiring weight loss stories in my Good Housekeeping magazine so Im ready to bring on the diet! :)

Off to a great start!

Today was a great day!! :)

I spent the entire day walking around the outlet mall and then walked my 2miles on the track. I just started wearing the sketcher shape up shoes.. I hope they make a difference!

skipped breakfast and lunch... Had an early dinner (grilled chicken salad)

Well it's late and I have to get up early and get started on laundry and ironing.

Motivated!

Hello everyone,

This morning I had 2 scrambled egg whites and 1 piece of toast. For lunch I had a ham and cheese sandwich and a handful of veggie chips.

Starting off slow... I know I need to improve that menu but today was busy.

Positive note: No snacks & I have drank LOTS of water! :)

This evening I will be walking my 2miles at the track.

Getting back on track

Hello everyone,

I havent been on in a long while between my divorce and getting my new life started...I just needed time. With that being said.. I'm ready to get back on track! :)

Tonight I will be eating a burger and fries and tomorrow my diet will begin again. Even with not keeping up with the site - I havent gained. (havent lost either) I have still been keeping up with walking at the track (2miles a day)

Well today I had planned to get back on track and I didnt. I layed around most of the day and was hungry the ENTIRE day. I did stay away from unhealthy foods though! I mostly drank ALOT of water hoping to get full! Im not going to beat myself up about it. Tomorrow I will make it my goal to do better!

Hey everyone,

I havent been on for a couple of weeks. Last time I blogged was about me and my husband separating. So needless to say between the move and setting up everything.. I havent had internet until today! I have not been perfect on my dieting, (here comes the excuse) mainly because I just moved back to my hometown and have been going out to eat with friends and stuff. I plan to get back on track! The weather is finally starting to warm up to where I feel comfortable taking my son out in it. I need to start my walking!! I hope everyone is doing ok!! :)

Very Hard!

Well today is even harder than yesterday because I have the house to myself (no one to see me eat) and it's one day closer to tomorrow when I move out. :( I'm trying to stay busy packing and cleaning and making arrangements. HArd hard hard!! So far today I have had a bowl of cereal and ice water. For lunch I plan to heat up one of my Smart Choice meals. I dont want to cook because I dont want to be around the fridge for any length of time!

Well todays exercise besides packing and moving tons of boxes around, will be my ab circle pro. Already packed my exercise video along with my other DVDs. Tomorrow will be alot of lifting and walking back and forth with boxes. Once I'm back in my home town I already have a couple of friends willing to start a walking routine with me. So thats good!

Every since I have started my diet, I have tried to switch my son to healthier snacks. He is not overweight, and only going to be 2 but I do not want him to struggle with his weight like I have done all of my life! I threw out alot of his junk snacks and now he LOVES eating fresh pineapples, strawberries, grapes, and bananas! He is reaching for them first. I know that may change when he becomes a teenager, but at least I'm trying to show him healthy food could be good too. :)
