Well today is even harder than yesterday because I have the house to myself (no one to see me eat) and it's one day closer to tomorrow when I move out. :( I'm trying to stay busy packing and cleaning and making arrangements. HArd hard hard!! So far today I have had a bowl of cereal and ice water. For lunch I plan to heat up one of my Smart Choice meals. I dont want to cook because I dont want to be around the fridge for any length of time!
Well todays exercise besides packing and moving tons of boxes around, will be my ab circle pro. Already packed my exercise video along with my other DVDs. Tomorrow will be alot of lifting and walking back and forth with boxes. Once I'm back in my home town I already have a couple of friends willing to start a walking routine with me. So thats good!
Every since I have started my diet, I have tried to switch my son to healthier snacks. He is not overweight, and only going to be 2 but I do not want him to struggle with his weight like I have done all of my life! I threw out alot of his junk snacks and now he LOVES eating fresh pineapples, strawberries, grapes, and bananas! He is reaching for them first. I know that may change when he becomes a teenager, but at least I'm trying to show him healthy food could be good too. :)
