Day 2 - part 2

Well day 2 is over and it was a success! Breakfast=Special K cereal, Lunch=very healthy homemade chicken and veggie soup, Supper= open faced tuna sandwich. I did my video and my ab circle pro. Had ALOT of errands to run so I made sure I parked farthest I could in the parking lots lol. Every little bit helps right? Well now I'm going to give myself a little pedicure and go to bed!

Day 2

Well its day 2 of my diet, so far so good. I still need to exercise. I was hoping today I could take a long walk with my son, but its freezing! I think my next purchase needs to be a treadmill!!

The husband and I are still not on speaking terms so that makes the staying away from emotional eating very very hard! Anyone else have that problem??

Well.. I better get off my butt and start DOING something today. :)

Day 1 - part 3

Good News::::

Well today was a successful day for me. I exercised about 45mins, I ate right today, and I even cleaned my house competely! :) I feel better...my house looks great... *sighs* starts all over tomorrow!

Bad News::::

My husband and I are fighting..again.. and I'm doing my best to stay away from eating! I'm usually an emotional eater so this fight is really testing me on my first day! :( I plan to get off here, get my son to bed, get a shower, and go to bed myself! No 11:30PM Ice cream for me!!

Day 1 - part 2

Wow... The exercise video was harder than I thought it would be. It did make exercising a little better though. I got through 3/4ths of it and then was pretty pooped! My son thought me dancing around the living room was hilarious!

Now onto the ab circle pro......*sighs*... Can't wait until summer when I can include swimming as some of my daily exercise! :)

Day 1

Well today I start my diet and exercise! This morning I had a bowl of Special K cereal, and a glass of ice water.

I really hope I do good today! Im going to take this diet one day at a time and really enjoy everyday that is a success!

Later I plan to weigh myself to get my exact weight and buy measuring tape so I can really track inches. :)
