Day 4 - part 2

Well today was day 4 for me and it was my hardest! I have the emotional stress of my husband on top of trying to diet! I did good though. For supper I had a really small bowl of soup. I drank lots of water today and did my ab circle twice. Was gone most of the day so didnt get to do my video.

Going to bed now. Hopefully tomorrow will be much better!

Day 4

Well today is day 4 for me...Not having a good day! My husband is back to saying he wants a divorce again. I'm doing my best to keep busy around the house so I wont resort to eating. I'm probably going to go window shopping later so I won't be around the fridge. We go through this every month so hopefully its just part of his routine and things will be better tomorrow. We'll see..

As far as my diet goes, I have only eaten lunch today. I ate a sausage stuffed manicotti left from last night. And Ive drank 3 glasses of water so far.

I plan to do my video and ab circle pro as soon as I put my son down for a nap.

Day 3 - part 2

End of Day 3 for me...another success. I did great with the pasta! Mostly filled up on salad, and only had half of a stuffed manicotti. I did my workouts...drank all the water I could. Tomorrow is another day...

Day 3

Well it's day 3 for me now. So far so great! I decided to get up early and get moving instead of getting up and spending a few hours "waking up" I got into that little funk when I became a stay at home mom. It actually gave me tons more energy!! I've already done my ab circle pro and video and I plan to do it again later! Double workout today.

Usually I wake up like a little baby bird ready to eat but this morning I wasn't hungry so I ate 1/2 cup of special K cereal to jumpstart my metabolism. For lunch I ate a salad with a small grilled chicken breast and low-fat dressing. Todays supper will be a little more fattening..I promised my step son his fav (sausage stuffed manicotti) BUT I am substituting all of the ingredients I can with less fattening ones and I plan to only eat a small portion with a salad! :) I'm a pasta lover so we'll see how that goes!!

My goal today besides the extra workout is to try and down more liquids!! Im never thirsty so getting enough water down is hard for me! :)
