Well it's day 3 for me now. So far so great! I decided to get up early and get moving instead of getting up and spending a few hours "waking up" I got into that little funk when I became a stay at home mom. It actually gave me tons more energy!! I've already done my ab circle pro and video and I plan to do it again later! Double workout today.
Usually I wake up like a little baby bird ready to eat but this morning I wasn't hungry so I ate 1/2 cup of special K cereal to jumpstart my metabolism. For lunch I ate a salad with a small grilled chicken breast and low-fat dressing. Todays supper will be a little more fattening..I promised my step son his fav (sausage stuffed manicotti) BUT I am substituting all of the ingredients I can with less fattening ones and I plan to only eat a small portion with a salad! :) I'm a pasta lover so we'll see how that goes!!
My goal today besides the extra workout is to try and down more liquids!! Im never thirsty so getting enough water down is hard for me! :)
