Day 8

Today is day 8 for me. I am nervous about weighing in tomorrow! I know no matter how much or how little I lose it's always better than gaining. Feb is a bad month for me when it comes to dieting! Valentines Day, My son's birthday party, AND my anniversary all combined in one month! I'm confident I can get through it. March should be a piece of cake...well...maybe not cake...but you know what I mean! :)

Today I have done well on my diet... breakfast = special K cereal, lunch = grilled chicken salad, and I snacked on a few pieces of okra. For supper I'm cooking something with the chicken I have thawing..just not sure what yet.

Exercise = I've done my ab circle pro and workout video and ALOT of deep cleaning including scrubbing all tile floors by hand and steam cleaning all my carpets :) House looks great!

Day 7

Today is day 7 for me! I havent blogged in a couple of days because the stress at home has literally kept me gone! I have still stuck to my diet though!!! No emotional eating/snacking!! I'm very proud of myself. Today I cheated (first time) I had 4 pieces of chocolate for valentines day. The rest went to my son and stepsons. I asked for no candy this year but my husband thought I was just saying that to be good. Men! We had our Velentines "date" last night since my husband had to work today. We shared a steak and baked potato, but I did have a fattening beer! I still kept under the calories I am allowed!! :)

Today I did my exercise video and ab circle pro. Now i'm going to take an hour long walk before I start cooking supper!
