Hello everyone,
This morning I had 2 scrambled egg whites and 1 piece of toast. For lunch I had a ham and cheese sandwich and a handful of veggie chips.
Starting off slow... I know I need to improve that menu but today was busy.
Positive note: No snacks & I have drank LOTS of water! :)
This evening I will be walking my 2miles at the track.
