I mean really, am I wrong?
I guess I fooled myself into thinking it would be easy to resist those black-and-whites and fudge fantasies when I went into the cafe section for a grilled chicken sandwich. But like I said before, I'm a sucker for the sweets.
Although, I have found a few sweet treats that hit the spot, but are not filled with enough sugar to shoot my calorie intake through the roof. How about I tell you mine if you tell me yours, and together we can embrace our sweet teeth with foods that are a little less shameful?
My faves are as follows:
-Betty Crocker Mini Delights (they're those little chocolate cakes that you cook yourself in the microwave-only about 50 or 80 calories)
-3 Musketeers Mint (less calories than the regular 3 Musketeers, mainly because the bar is smaller than a normal bar)
-Luigi's Italian Ice (only 80 calories per serving cup!)
-One packet of any brand fruit snacks (these typically range in calories, but I find they're usually between 50 and 80 per pack...only problem is that once you eat the first pack, you inevitably want more)
-60 Calorie JELLO Pudding (JELLO puts out some delicious flavors in their low-calorie line. My personal favorite is the Dulce de Lece, followed closely by the Banana Fudge Supreme)
-Quaker Oats Strawberry Vanilla Granola Bars (granola bars don't usually kick my sweet tooth, but for some reason I find these to be absolutely delicious and sweet enough to come close)
-100 Calorie Packs Cinnamon Streusel Rice Cakes (I'm not exactly sure if that's what they're called, but they're absolutely delicious!)
Well, that's just a few, but as you can see, I have some experience when it comes to the sweets. But I'm always looking for a new treat!
What are some of your favorite low-cal sweet treats?
