I won't claim to know much about this diet because honestly I don't.
By the very nature of the diet's Web site, www.nosdiet.com, you can see that not much information is even available. Essentially, it appears that the diet creator believes that no snacks, no sweets and no seconds are the key to weight loss success.
Well, I'd like to dispute the three foundational points of this diet, even though that is all I know about the diet itself.
Without snacks I would be hungry all day long. Without sweets I know I would be left with endless cravings. Without seconds-well, I guess I can't really dispute that one.
The first two, however, I might even argue contribute to my small bursts of weight loss success.
What do you think? Is the No S Diet successful or sucess-less?
