This morning I woke up and had a brilliant idea!
Come on people, it doesn't happen everyday so let me wallow in the days that it does.
Maybe I am taking it a little too far to call my idea "brilliant."
Anyway, here it is: Tweet what you eat!
10 years ago, people kept written diaries. Some people do still keep written diaries. I know I have one, but since the rise of writing what you think on the Internet, it's become increasingly hard to maintain a digital and written diary.
I know a lot of people also keep food diaries when they're trying to lose weight. I have not tried this method yet, becahse I'm not exactly sure that I would want to be able to read the things I eat on a daily basis.
I guess that's the point.
But for those of you who do keep a diary, try this.
Sign up for Twitter at www.twitter.com. Every time you eat something, tweet, or write, about it! Twitter only allows you to post short updates, so you can simply write, "I ate an apple for a snack." While the rest of the world might not be fascinated with this, it will help you, and that's all that matters.
Another benefit to this is that you can access Twitter from any computer and also your cell phone.
