I think so. I want to lose about 20 lbs., but more importantly, feel healthy again.
What is your motivation and why is it important to you?
My motivation is my health, which is importan to me because I want to feel as good as I can and live as long as I can.
Are you losing weight to improve your health and feel better?
Yes!
Are you committed to making small gradual changes in your eating plan?
Yes. Even though it will be hard, I'm willing to make the commitment. And try as best as I can.
Are you willing to make regular physical activity a part of your routine?
Yes, I think I can fit it into my schedule.
Can you control your food choices and meal preparation methods?
Whew, it's going to be hard, but I can try to spend more time preparing healthier meals.
