I'm pretty sure I know why my tummy isn't as flat as I'd like it to be.
I eat some naughty things that are proven to put more fat in the midsection, I don't work out as much as I'd like and when I am working out, I might not be doing the best exercises to flatten my mid-section.
The first two reasons up here are controllable-if I try hard enough, I can control what I eat. But that last one, that may not be your fault.
