There’s a new snack hitting the shelves at the market and it’s aim is to make you fuller.
I don’t know if fuller is a word, but I do know that when you eat any food, eventually you will get full, so I’m a bit perplexed by this food.
Fullbites, made by the company that makes Fullbar (www.fullbar.com) is coming out with this little snack that is said to make the eater fuller quicker, allowing them to eat less of this food, and not turn to other, high calorie and fatty foods when they are feeling hungry. Fullbites will come in a variety of flavors, including Savory BBQ, Sour Cream and Onion and Bold Cheddar.
They are 100 percent natural (according to the manufacturers), gluten free, high in protein, and while their intention is not to prevent people from eating actual real meals, they are supposed to curb hunger in between meals.
I, personally, am just getting used to the idea of forcing myself to snack between meals. I’ve heard that by snacking, hunger pangs are decreased and by choosing healthier snacks you are more likely to lose the weight you want.
I’m not a huge fan of sour cream and onion flavors or bold cheddar, but I think I’d give the BBQ Fullbites a try. What do you think?
Would you try Fullbites?
