Reasons why you should join a Weight Loss Buddy Team

If you're like me, it's probably very hard for you to admit that you need help with something. If you're not like me in that regard, you're lucky.

But even I know some things are done better when I'm not alone, when I have support and when I work in a team.

Some of you new members might not known much about the teams Weight Loss Buddy offers, but they are great for a few reasons.

Here are a few:

* You get to meet new buddies (or people) who might have common interests as you

* You get added support in your weight loss journey

* You can learn new exercise and diet tips from many people at the same time

* You can participate in fun challenges with buddies

* You can have competitions with your teammates

And many more. So go on the Teams page, shop around and JOIN one-or many. If there aren't any Teams that appeal to you, start your own and invite all your buddies to join.

Will Michael Moore's next movie attack the weight loss industry?

Maybe.

Moore, who is the director of such movies as Bowling for Columbine, Fahrenheit 9/11, and most recently Capitalism: A Love Story, got heavy criticism for his weight after his last movie release.

So, he started watching his diet and exercising more and reportedly has lost 70 lbs. to date. His goal includes losing 70 more.

In a recent interview, Moore said that the three biggest contributors to him dropping the pounds were eliminating salt (or sodium) from his diet, eliminating white flour, and eliminating sugar and corn syrup.

I wouldn't be surprised if his next movie explored all of the unnecessary weight loss "tools" out there today and how most of them are not realy neccessary.
