Losing weight is all about setting rules and boundaries for ourselves.
Following the rules is the hardest part of losing and maintaining weight loss.
But what about the old saying, "Rules are made to be broken"?
MSN put out this article about weight loss rules that should be broken. Some of these rules I was already breaking myself (for example, "skip dessert." What is a world without dessert!?)
Others I've always been told are no-no's, like eating late at night and eating white rice and bread.
