Biggest Loser Recap! Season 9, Episode ??

SPOILER ALERT: If you read to the end, you will know who went home this week.

I'm going to try to keep this one short because I realize that sometimes my recaps are lengthy and maybe you guys just want the quick and dirty.

This week was the week the contestants went home. Going home, on the BL, means being faced with infinite temptations and a lack of a Jillian and a Bob to set them straight (I often say I wish I had a little Jillian Michaels I could stick in my back pocket that would come out and scream at me when I eat something naughty).

But the contestants were not immediately alone with the freedoms of home as they thought. Each contestant was shipped a mysterious box that contained a bike. The contestants would be cheered on by their family and friends as they individually rode 26.2 miles, attempting to be the first to reach the time-AND recieve $10,000!

There was a kicker however. Along with the bikes, each contestant recieved a box of cupcakes. For each cupcake the contestant ate, 15 minutes would be added to a person's time of their choice.

The contestants who decided to eat the cupcakes were: Michael, Lance, and Drea.

Lance's wife (I'm sure we all remember her) Melissa as nagging and nagging him to eat cupcakes for Sam. All but for contestants had cupcakes eaten in their honor.

In the end, Koli won the biking race, and no one had eaten cupcakes for him, so he won the $10k.

BIGGEST SHOCKERS AT WEIGH IN: This is a new section I would like to start since I don't want to go through how much everyone lost at the weigh in. The first shocker was Stephanie, who so desperately wanted to get under 200 lbs., and at a rate like last week losing only 2 lb. thought for sure she wouldn't do it. In the end, she lost 9 lbs. bringing herself down to 199. Sam, who is beginning to look like solid muscle, has also been very disappointed that his numbers are low, which is why everyone was shocked when he lost 14 lbs.! Way to go!

End the end, the decision was up to the Blue team to send someone home. Lance went, looking slimmer after having lost 100 lbs. total.

What did YOU think of this week's episode?

We all have those days

We all have those days when we feel super good about ourselves-when we look in the mirror and think, "Na, I don't need to lose weight. I look pretty good."

Those days are great and make us feel so good, like we could do/wear anything!

But unfortunately, with those days come the other days. The days when we look in the mirror and think, "I look absolutely disgusting. I don't want to leave my house. Why would anyone love me."

These days are the ones that really take a toll on us, wearing down our emotions and making us feel worthless.

I'm having one of these days today.

It didn't start by looking in the mirror. It started by looking at a photo I am in with a few girls that are undoubtedly skinnier than I am (I've come to accept a long time ago that I will never be a size 2). What I guess I haven't come to accept is that there will be instances where I am the fattest in the room.

So what can you do when you have one of these days? You can say you're going to do something about it. How many times have I said I was going to do something about it? About a million.

But here goes a million and one.
