We all use crutches to get us through our weight loss journeys. One good crutch for many is faith.
Faith makes us hopeful for what is to come in our future and gets us through the hard times. It is also what we usually thank when things are going well.

This second book in her three-part series does not encourage or discourage any particular diet plan, but helps the readers determine what it is they're fighting against that is preventing them from losing the weight.
Personally, I think the one thing that I'm fighting against the most in terms of my own weight loss is myself. I know what I have to do, I know how to do it. It's just a matter of letting/making myself do it.
In some senses, I think that I need to have more FAITH in myself to achieve the goals I'm hoping to reach.
