Good morning, and Happy Easter to all who celebrate!
Whether you celebrate it or not, Easter candy is all around, and with that comes some serious temptations!
But not all Easter candy is created equal, and for the purposes of our weight loss journeys there are some that should be avoided.
At the top of the list for Easter candies to avoid is an all-time favorite-Peeps. These babies are loaded with sugar (8 grams each) and four bunnies equals 130 calories.
Following closely behind are
* Jelly Beans- 140 calories for a 35-bean serving, 37 grams of sugar
* Cadbury chocolate eggs- serving of 12 mini eggs has 190 calories and 8 grams of fat
* Cadbury cream egg- 1 egg is 150 calories, 5 grams of fat and 25 grams of carbs
