You've heard of mood rings, but have you heard of mood foods?
Some foods can have an affect on our moods. In other words, a good mood food puts us in a good mood, making us feel cheerful and happy while a bad mood food makes us feel sad and down.
Surprisingly, mood foods don't include cookies, candies or cake. But are healthy foods instead, their mood improving vitamins and all natural ingredients.
The No. 1 mood-improving food is actually bananas according to this MSN article.
