If any of you are regular "Today Show" followers like me, you will have caught this morning's segment, "Why Diets Fail."
Personally, I think we know why SOME diets fail, but I don't think it's safe to assume ALL diets fail, because if they have the power to get someone motivated to lose the weight, then they are not failures at all.
