There's nothing like a cold beer on a hot day.  During a recent visit with my nephew, over a cold beer he started explaining to me some of the health benefits of beer.  I was surprised and knew I'd have to pass on the information.  So here goes! Unusual Regional Foods

Coming from New York it's hard to think of a food that is unique to the area.  New York in itself is unusal because it's truly a melting pot of so many different cultures that I would think you can find any food your heart desires right there in the city.  From China Town to nearby Little Italy there is something that represents everyone.  If I had to come up with a favorite it would be hard, but I do try to stop off at Katz's Deli whenever I'm in town.  Pastrami and stuffed derma are a must!  Stuffed derma...
