Myths and Truths

We've all heard of tips and truths for reaching our dieting goals.  If we wade through the myths I'm sure we can find a few surpising truths.  Here's a few I found useful. Myth: Crunches are the key to flat abs. Truth: The effective moves would be moves that engage your entire core such as planks and bridges.  Also, crunches won't burn off a lot of calories so they won't help with major fat loss.
