Shake Up Your Workouts

How Was Your Week?

Good Morning Buddies - How was your week?  Did you accomplish the goals you had set out for yourself?  Any setbacks?  I did well with the dumbbell challenge, have any of you given it a try?  I can already feel a difference.  One of the things I love about this challenge is that I can do the intermediate level and feel a little of that good kind of sore but not so much I have trouble doing the next days workout.  Just enough to know I'm making a change. Why 10,000 Steps

Good Morning Buddies - I hope you are waking up refreshed, renewed and ready to enjoy another day.  For me today will bring day #3 in sculpting the body of my dreams. ;)  I also carved out some yoga time.  My body has been crying out for some stretching and inner quiet.  I'm also planning on getting in my 10,000 steps.  On an average day I will get in between 4,000 and 6,000 steps.  I need to put effort into hitting 10,000.  That's the goal I use on my fitbit. Good Morning!
