About me : I'm an easy going, happy and silly girl but I feel like I'm missing out on some things like nice clothes and activities because I'm getting heavy. I REALLY need to get back in shape!
Who I hope to meet : I want to meet other girls to chat with regularly who can help me with my goals and help keep me motivated. Really hoping to find others who understand and who I can help too!
Diet : I'm trying to watch what I eat more, staying away from fast food and chocolate. It's hard to break those habits!
Exercise : I love to dance, to walk and to hike and I need to do more of that!

Hi everyone my name is Brian I decided that this year I must weight and become physically fit so and what better way than to share my daily journey with people who I have similar goals with.
