    Hi everyone! I have FSGS and Lupus and I have been on a medication called Prednisone that makes you gain weight, I was really hoping to talk to someone who knows REAL ways to lose weight? I want to lose this weight fast, does anyone have any tips to lose weight FAST?

    After I joined WLB in 2014, I lost 30 pounds. That was a the most I had lost since gaining the weight when I quit smoking in 2011. Now I'm trying to get back on track. I have 6 pounds to lose and I will be back at that weight. I have a weird work schedule... I'm off every other weekend and a couple days during the week, it always changes. I usually work 10-14 hours each day. Going to Planet Fitness today and tomorrow since I'm off. Wish me luck...

    As of now I think tomorrow will be a day full of cleaning and laundry but I'll start it off with an easy flow. Something that may bring me some balance. :) I'm feeling a little out of sorts. Has anyone tried a sage cleaning of their home?

    Hi! Trying to lose 45 pounds more. Trying to developer better eating habits. Trying to exercise more. I joined Planet Fitness today. 30 minutes on the treadmill, 30 minutes on the elliptical. Just an easy pace to start the journey.

    Hello everyone! I've picked up 10kg's since I became a university student. My goal weight is 58kg's by the June holidays of 2017 and I also want to transform my eating habits to be healthy. So I'm making a promise that until I reach my goal I am going to cut out sugar, because it's really holding me back from making any progress. Thank you in advance for everyone's accountability!!!

    I was reading an article about how some positions help curb food cravings...one of them was extended side angle pose. The other day it seemed no matter what I ate I was still hungry and I know they always say you should practice on an empty stomach but I decided to give it a try... Do you have a go to pose to help distract from eating?

    Hi every one I'm Shannel 26 very new to this site and really don't know how to work things yet. I'm a stay at home mother I'm currently 205 pounds this is the most I've ever weighed in my life and retired from the military so my normal wait to see usually 160 I'm to the point where I don't even like to take pictures and avoid mirrors I just don't have the motivation to work Out and need a little extra push from people who are going to the same thing as me does anyone want to start a GroupMe which is like instant messaging and faster
