About me : I was thin from eating macrobiotically and doing weekly fasts, but developed stomach fat when I went into menopause. I lost all of the weight using SlimFast, but as soon as I stopped using it, the weight came back, and increased further than it ever had before. I tried eating 30 bananas a day, and RawTil4, but it seemed like a gluttonous lifestyle, which was not good for me. I am now eating One Meal A Day. It seems like it really fits the adage: "Don't live to eat--Eat to LIVE." It is healthy, promotes bodily healing, the development of muscle, and creates mental alertness & clarity. It does not create a "starvation response" in the body.
Who I hope to meet : Spiritual or funny or intelligent people.
Diet : Vegan, Vegetarian, One Meal A Day
Exercise : I used to swim, but am too ashamed to go to the pool, now that I am this overweight. I am embarrassed.
