    It's been a long time since I have been on here and my profile information has changed I found a place to make changes but can't seem to find the about me section?? I'm no longer a stay at home mom or caregiver etc. How do I make changes?

      on the left hand side you should see Edit Basic Information and you can go there and update everything. Welcome back! :)

      In message boards I found settings then edit profile but where do I write my about me information or if that's the right spot, which line do I use?

      To edit - How Others See Me (Your profile page) use the Edit Basic Information on the right....to edit your profile for the message board is in another place.

      On the message board, go to the member control panel found on the upper left hand side of the message board page. Then go to edit profile and you'll be able to choose an icon to go with your name as well as other things. :) If you have any more questions please don't hesitate.

    Hi, its me deb firm 50/50. I haven't been around in along time and can't find our group. What happened? I am still trying to lose weight. Lost 30 but gained some again so back to trying again. I am using daily plate for logging food. Just need to get a handle of staying in daily goal. Hope to hear from you soon.

      Hi Deb, Welcome back! The 50/50 Team just died. No one had the time to lead it and people rarely posted on it at all...we kept getting new members, old members never participated so I had to get rid of it. We have another team called OVER 50 YRS OLD AND DETERMINED. I've been trying to breath new life into it...please feel free to check it out. It's our featured team on the home page this month. :)

    Did you know...that when reading a topic on the message board if you go to TOPIC OPTIONS you can print out the page? When you find an article or a bit of advice you want to hold onto...print it out! :)

      I have never tried this but the next time I see a bag of lemons at a great price I'll try it. Besides my morning coffee, I drink only water (plus 2 lite beers a week) so it will be cool if adding the lemon will help anything. Thanks for posting.
