I skipped my cardio drumming class Sunday. I know I should have went especially since next week it will be cancelled due to Easter, but I sort of had a good reason to stay home. My bf and I have been missing each other with me working like 60 hour weeks in the last few weeks and we were both home on Sunday night so I didn't want to leave. Anyway, I need to get exercising and the weather needs to get warmer. I need to get walking with my walking buddy next week when I have some daytime hours off work due to spring break. Hope you all have an active week!

i wish i could figure out how to use my new pedometer & calculate my steps. I'm sure it must be around 10,000. Naw more like 1000.

Did you figure it out yet? I always used the pedometer on my phone I'm not much help, but my app now counts steps and minutes-- with 60 minutes of activity as the goal. Hope you got it going! You got this!!

I found a Denise Austin work out DVD behind some others in a drawer and I'm loving it! Each work out is about 15 mins...and the ab one is terrific. It gets my abs from every angle. I've been doing that a few times each week.

Great job! I looked at my dvd's today, but didn't do any meh I need to get moving and it needs to warm up here. Keep going!

I have not done well with the exercise this week. I did some work on steps, but formal workouts took a backseat to computer deadline for work. I did really good with food choices today though. I plan to do a workout tomorrow-- more details later.

OK so I'm not up to snuff yet with the exercising but today will do one of my RIchard Simmon's videos but the proof is in the pudding & I haven't made it yet.

Did one hour at the Y on Saturday with my son-- cardio on machines. This means I got in all three workouts for last week. My goal is still 3 times this week, but I have had some emotional stress and haven't started it yet. I am sort of taking the rest of tody as a mental health day and hopefully can kick this week's butt after a good night's sleep.

OK Carrie let's get started. My goal is to do the tape at least once a week & also walk each day for a 1/2 of an hr but on weekends I'm always too busy but going to start journaling.

two workouts so far this week. skipped today because the snow is melting and I couldn't cross country ski and I had severe TOM cramps. Plans this weekend are to walk while at art museums with my son and to work out with him at the YMCA. Hope you all have an active weekend! :)

I won't be able to attend my cardio drumming class this Sunday night because I will be out of town, but working out with my son and walking around at art museums should help. :)

Ok so two cross country skiing workouts this week. Three workouts is the goal. I was going to go today, but the snow is melting and I have bad cramps. I am going to visit my son this weekend though and he has a YMCA membership and wants to work out together so I will when I feel better. I hope everyone is having an active day.
