Hi. I also have 80lbs more to lose. When you say exercise more are you already exercising? Do you have a specific goal like making it to the gym a few times a week or adding a daily walk? Also when you say eat healthier what goals do you have? Are you looking to cut carbs, count calories, watch portions, cut sugar? My best advice is when serting goals be as specific as possible and make one change at a time. I have a husband who is overweight as well and has no desire to make changes to his lifestyle which has been difficult to make changes without him on board. Is your fiance also wanting to become healthier or will you be in the same boat as me?
