Hi, I’m Val and I’m 27. I weigh 255. My mini-goal is 230, but my eventual goal is 170. I have a long way to go.
I'm Katie and I'm 51. I have been fat most of my adult life. I am looking to eat better and increase my activity. I need to get my weight down so that I can have an abdominal hernia repaired.
I've just turned 40 and have been struggling to lose weight for the past 3 years. It's time for things to change - I've said it before and meant it each time but I'm now getting aches in left knee and the jiggly bits are a distraction :-)
Currently 169lbs and would like to get to 135lb.
I mostly walk, sometimes use my dvds and occasionally the weights (very rarely). I want to be fit and fabulous at 40 (and on into the ties). It can be done. Yes?!
