I am a 48 year old father. Used to be really fit and partake in various sporting and exercising activities. After some personal challenges, my weight gradually increased to over 315 lbs over a few years. But now feel that I want to lose weight and be able to do more active things with my 2 daughters (8 and 11 years) and wife. Started a diet 9 days ago, and so far have lost 6 lbs. Fruit for beakfast, soup for luch, and a main meal in the evening. Target is to lose 1 stone in the first month, and then half a stone each month thereafter.
