Good Morning all! My name is Dave, and I just joined the group today. Sorry to hear there does not appear to be much activity in terms of postings. I was hoping to get involved with an "active" group. I work-out 2-4 times a week, strength training. I was doing kick-boxing at home, but my son is staying with me for a few more months, and space has been a problem. Hope to start cardio work again in a few months.
