Mandarin Salad

Description : A perfect accompaniment for any meal

Recipe :


1 can of mandarin oranges

1/2 cup shredded carrots

1/2 cup chopped white onion

1/2 cup chopped cucumber

1/2 cup roasted, unsalted almonds

Low fat feta cheese to taste

Low fat Renee's poppy seed dressing to taste


Mix all together, serve cold
