Eat Slower by enjoying each bite
For each bite of food you take, lay down your fork and don't pick it back up until you have chewed and swallowed that mouthful. Alot of times people shovel food in before the previous bite is chewed. Take your time. Eat what you like and enjoy each bite.
I rarely get the option to follow this wonderful way of eating. Meals at work are rushed. Unfortunately when you need to eat and run at work, this becomes a behaviour that carries over to every meal.
It's amazing a just how something this simple can make that much an impact but it does. Just remember there are no taste buds in your stomach. Savory every bite, chew chew chew your food. Satisfying your mind is a big part eating and help to not overeat.

Absolutely! I tend to overeat when I'm on the phone for a long time I should stop that too!
