Instead of scooping heaps of food onto your fork, take reasonable bites.
2. CHEW EACH BITE 20 TIMES
This really works! When you chew your bites 20 times it breaks down all the nutrients and you will eat less at you are eating smaller bites and taking your time.
This is a great tip. I have gotten back into eating faster than I was and therefore eating more. I had tried instilling the eat slower and fill up faster into my children and now I see myself eating the same way. Any tips on how to get back to eating slower?
