Meal Timing

There is an ideal time to eat and then there is the reality of when we are able to eat.  Today, so many people grab their breakfast as they're running out the door.  My son prefers his standing near the sink and my husband insists that the milk in his coffee counts as food and therefore it's his breakfast.  I on the other hand have always made time to have at least a cup of tea and slice of toast. Are You Drinking Enough

Now that the weather in beginning to cool off some of us may find it difficult to keep drinking enough water.  I know that it’s recommended that we all drink 8 glasses of water a day but I’m not so naïve as to think that it’s the correct amount for everyone.  I know when I’m drinking the right amount for me because I feel better and I start getting compliments on my skin.  For me it’s around 80 ounces a day, which is a little less than 2.5 liters.  This is something you might want to discuss with your doctor. ...

The End of Summer

For many of us we start planning summer on January 1st.   We're going to lose weight and get in shape so by the time the long days of summer arrive we're ready.  I was wondering how you did?  Did you get into that bathing suit you were hoping for? I have no time to exercise

For some of us, it's that we don't have the time and for others it's the inclination.  I don't know about you but I can make myself do nearly anything for 10 minutes.   While there are days when I seem to be off the top busy I'm never so busy that I can't find 5-10 minutes here and there throughout the day.   I admire all of you who roll out of bed at 5 AM to go for a run, shower, eat a healthy breakfast and make the 7 AM train.  That will never be me just as it won't...
