Good Posture

Having good posture is slenderizing.  Knowing that you can look slimmer just by standing tall is great incentive.  Standing tall gives you an aura of confidence.  It not  only creates a sense of power within but it also will reflect on how others perceive you.   A recent study found that standing tall increases testosterone and decreases cortisol.  Remember cortisol is that hormone that makes it even harder to lose weight! Fast Food

Fast food was a great idea that went bad somewhere along the way.  You may not agree with me about it but I really haven't seen much to convince me otherwise.  Granted, when your running late and the kids are hungry it may seem like the answer to your prayers, but is it really?
