Self Massage

Lemon Water

As I was juicing my almost daily half of lemon I wondered how many other people were doing the same thing.  I've known about the benefits of lemon water for as long as I can remember.  As a young girl whenever we had congestion mom made us what we called hot lemon.  Mom would squeeze 1/2 a lemon into a cup, add freshly boiled water and just enough sugar to make it palatable.   Since then I've read that drinking lemon water reduces the production of mucus.  Just another remedy from the past cropping up into our today.  I love it! Diet Plans - What They Have in Common

I always enjoy reading diet books.  I read diet books much in the same manner that I read cook books.  A foodie at heart I enjoy reading about food, new ways to prepare it, innovative idea's on how to present it and as always, great ways to consume it.
