New Year Resolutions

It's January 7th and by now you're well into your New Year resolutions.  Are things going well for you or do you find yourself giving up already?  Don't despair, I have a few tips to help you with your follow through. 1.  Were your resolutions ones that were realistic?  Sometimes it's not about the list of resolutions it's more about the recognition that we need to make a lifestyle change.   If you find your resolution was too drastic, make it a smaller more realistic goal.  Something that is attainable.   An example would be instead of promising yourself that you'll be at...
