Can Small Changes Make a Big Difference?

Absolutely! When you make small changes you are slowly making new habits.  This is a great way to create a strong base for your goal.  Why does everything have to all or nothing?  I recall reading a diet book that told me to dump everything I had in the house and start fresh.  I thought what if I don't like your recipes.  What if I eat your way for a few days and I don't like how I feel.  Then I'm stuck and all my groceries are gone.  Some people like jumping off the side of the pool and then...
