Good eveing. I have always been about 128 pounds. Ups and downs 5 pounds over the years. My goal was always 120 but was never able to quite get there. I'm 5'4 and 35 years old. On May 19th, I decided to join a gym. I've been working out pretty hard, at least an hour 6 days a week for 2 months now. I've made some pretty big strides in that I can now run 3 miles in 30 minutes, and make it through 1+ hour cycling classes feeling great. However, I have put on about 10 pounds and gained inches around my stomach, and thighs. I can feel that I have so much more muscle and I know that muscle is denser than fat but I'm gaining pounds niches too so i don't feel like I'm losing anything. All my clothes are fitting much tighter than before I worked out. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. Diet wise, I eat pretty healthy, shakes, clean eating etc. I haven't changed my diet from prior to working out out when I was 10 lbs lighter. Thank you in advanced for any advice you can provide.
